In this letter, I will make my biases and my “why” explicitly clear for you, the readers, to understand what OTN: News Outside the Narrative is, and why you should choose us as a trust-worthy, reliable news source.
It is my belief that politics are a maneuver of constant divide amongst us, Americans. 50% of Americans will predictably be divided on almost every major issue. Politics are inherently divisive, but how much of it is manufactured by our mainstream media machine? Do we decide what those issues are, or does the media dictate the premise of controversies?
Nearly 150 years ago, Mark Twain said “If you don’t read the newspaper, you’re uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you’re mis-informed.” As access to information has become more available, via the internet, the lies and manipulation are losing its power.
My goal is to uncover why that is. A podcaster used to say 70% of Americans agree on 70% of issues. I think that is true. I would even guess the number could be much higher, if our media weren’t complicit in the divisiveness. So, instead of bitching and complaining to anyone willing to listen, I decided to join the good fight. I will be a vehicle for you, Americans, to digest and discover news differently than that of mainstream media (msm).
My faith in Jesus of Nazareth, as well as in the decent people of the United States of America, are at the forefront of my why. My poppop’s strong belief instilled it in me. He was a fervent warrior of Jesus Christ as well as a badass Marine, who served in the Korean War. They are my pillars. My north star.
My politics are conservative leaning, but I consider myself a populist. I am a registered Republican. If it weren’t politically incompetent to be listed Independent, I would be (to vote in primaries). I believe Washington is corrupted to its core. From lobbyists, donors, special interest groups, slush funds, and more.
“What’s the difference between the truth and a conspiracy theory?”
Time.
Now, obviously that is an exaggeration, but I’ve lived out some conspiracy theories that have become reality. Do you remember we seriously believed a worldwide pandemic was caused by a freakin BAT in a wet market in Wuhan? That little shit was patient Zero?
Even better, any conspiracy theorist who claimed it came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the lab that had been studying coronavirus for many years before, was banned from social media and discourse. 6 ft of social distancing → All made up. They told us to trust the science, when they knew the science didn’t add up, and were blatant lies. Was that just a coincidence?
OTN: News Outside the Narrative was meticulously named as a way to expose the lies, manipulation, and evil tactics of the Mainstream Media. Push beyond headlines or barriers, and seek the truth, wherever that may lead. Follow the money. Pursue facts objectively.
This page is not for everyone. As much as I hope to reach every demographic across this country, it’s never plausible.
However, this is dedicated for truth-seekers, those who don’t just have an appetite, but are starving and thirsting for real, unfiltered truth. No secret advertisers, no secret agenda, no narratives hijacking truth. I will do the research and present the chips as they fall. No subliminal messages or subversive tactics, of which I will eventually expose.
Jeffrey Epstein’s emails being released was my final calling. I had discovered and researched this infamous (to the least, satanic is probably more appropriate) island back when the world was locked down with COVID in 2020. My 21st birthday was spent in my backyard, because bars were open at 25% capacity and maintaining social distance, following Comrade Fauci. It does not bother me, AT ALL, that everyone responsible has held 0 repercussions.
The veil is lifting. People are waking up to the corruption and true evilness that has rotted away at our core institutions. A dangerous amount of people no longer believe in these institutions that have held our society together. That leads to skepiticism, which everyone should be, but pessimism eats away our soul. I believe in brighter days ahead, that united we are strong, but divided we are weak. Freedom is not free. Are we willing to pay the price, or watch the things our parents, grandparents, and ancestors so strongly fought and defended for, vanquish?
In my lifetime: inflation is 94%, housing prices are at all time highs while fertility rates are at all time lows, a pandemic shut down the world for a few years until we took a “mandatory” vaccine, race & political polarization has never been higher… We didn’t start the fire.
OTN will be our sacred community to discuss and explore the mess we are in, and how we can get out of it, together. I hope to garner feedback and conversations as you follow along with me into the realm of socio-politics.
